Weighty Wednesday: 17



Hi! So sorry about the late post. My alarm went of this morning at 5:30am and I promptly woke up... an hour later. I did manage to weigh-in and snap a picture, but by the time I showered, guzzled a protein shake, and threw on something presentable I had negative five minutes to get out the door, hence the delayed post.

SO I won't make you wait any longer.


Half a pound. I lost half a pound. In two weeks. Half a pound. ANNOYING. That said, I really haven't put in much effort lately in the workout department, so I'm glad to have a loss just the same.

And the lack of effort? That's not my fault. No, really. It's not. Not really. More on that later.
